I offer an Online/Remote therapy option to people who would prefer the anonymity or convenience of meeting online, rather than coming to an in person session.
Online/Remote therapy could be your preference for any reason, but some of the following are common:
accessibility needs that are not easily accommodated by an in person meeting, such as: MCS (multiple chemical sensitivities), chronic pain, or mobility issues
agoraphobia or severe anxiety/depression that creates difficulty leaving the house for appointments
a preference for the privacy and anonymity of meeting with someone who lives in a different location
difficulty locating a therapist who specializes in something you need in their area
the convenience of meeting online
